Richard J. Byrne, Chief Executive Officer
Byrne served as President of the tower division of SpectraSite Communications, which grew from 125 towers to more than 8,000 in four years. He served as national director of business development at Nextel Communications Inc. and was responsible for the industry’s first major sale of towers -- a transaction valued at $630 million.
Scot Lloyd, Chief Operating Officer
Lloyd served as Executive Vice President of sales and marketing at Global Signal Inc., a Sarasota, Florida-based company. He also was Vice President of sales at SpectraSite.
Dan Hunt, Chief Financial Officer
Hunt recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Tompkins Associates Inc., a supply chain consulting firm based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Prior to joining Tompkins, Hunt served as Vice President of Finance at SpectraSite.
Todd Boyer , Vice President of Sales
Boyer spent the last six years at SpectraSite serving as Director of Sales for the North Region, as well as holding other sales management positions. Prior to SpectraSite, Boyer worked on a number of carrier build outs throughout the US for SBA Communications and Nextel in various site development roles.
