Todd Boyer is the Chief Executive Officer of TowerCo. Since TowerCo's inception, Todd has been involved in leading the Sales & Marketing efforts for Collocation & Build To Suit sales over the last 14 years, as well as managing several components of the day-to-day operations, for the development of new tower builds. Prior to coming over to TowerCo, Todd held several management positions at SpectraSite Communications for 6 years. He served as Director of Sales for the Northeast Region, Director of Sales for the West Region, and as National Sales Manager. During his time served, he played a key role in building a national sales team and developed pricing policies and procedures for new collocations. Todd began his career in the wireless industry working on several new market carrier build outs for SBA Communications and Nextel Communications, where he held various site development roles. Todd has over 23 years of experience in the wireless infrastructure industry and has a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Ohio University.

Mike Smith, Chief Financial Officer

Mike is a successful, multidisciplinary executive with 20 years of experience in corporate accounting, finance, and human resources in addition to being a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant. Mike rejoined TowerCo as CFO in 2019, after serving as VP of Finance and Administration from 2008 to 2013. From 2013 to 2018, Mike served as the CFO for Castle Worldwide, where he helped the company grow enterprise value by 600% in five years, and led the effort to sell Castle Worldwide to Scantron Corporation in 2018. Mike earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from James Madison University, graduating magna cum laude. He spent the first five years of his career with Arthur Andersen before venturing out into private industry where he has held several finance and accounting roles.

Hewitt started with SpectraSite Communications in 1997 in software development and data management. He was involved in all major projects ranging from tower acquisitions to key tracking systems for Inventory Management, BTS, Colocation, and Document Management. He was with the company as it grew from less than 40 employees to a large public company. He worked with all levels of users and multiple acquisitions. Hewitt joined TowerCo in 2005 and has developed the information systems to drive TowerCo's efficiencies and data management technologies as the company has grown.

Steve joined TowerCo in 2005 and has managed all Operational Department functions including asset management, engineering, tower improvements, Build to Suit construction and site compliance. Prior to joining TowerCo, Steve spent 4 years at SpectraSite Communications as National Project Manager for Tower Improvements & Relocations. Steve has over 25 years of first hand industry experience in site acquisitions, engineering, zoning/permitting, FAA/FCC, environmental compliance, tower modifications & new tower site construction.

Jason Catalini, General Counsel and Vice President of Collocation & Real Estate

General Counsel and Vice President of Collocation & Real Estate

Jason joined TowerCo in October of 2008 and is TowerCo's General Counsel and Vice President of Real Estate overseeing all real estate and leasing activity for TowerCo as well as all legal matters. He has worked on numerous large and small scale tower acquisitions totaling over 19,000 towers during his twenty year career in the wireless business. Jason has held senior management positions with Global Signal (acquired by Crown Castle) and SpectraSite Communications (acquired by American Tower) which included large debt securitizations, taking both companies public and growing these companies from small or mid-sized companies to large publicly traded entities. Jason has been integrally involved in several large scale carrier network deployments resolving critical issues or removing impediments to the successful installation of new wireless technology to tower sites. Jason has managed every conceivable operational function in the wireless industry including rooftop assets, asset retirement programs, property management, collections, zoning and vendor management. Jason earned his bachelor's degree, cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a juris doctorate from the Columbus School of Law, Catholic University of America. He is licensed to practice law in the states of Florida and Massachusetts.

Jen Courtemanche, Vice President of Property Management & Financial Operations

Jen joined TowerCo in 2004 and serves as the VP of Property Management and Financial Operations. Responsibilities are broad and range from managing tower cash flow, contract negotiation, data governance to property management issues. This role has given her the opportunity to consult for an African cell tower company, Helios Towers Africa for two years. Prior to TowerCo, Jen spent five years at SpectraSite Communications as a project manager and data analyst. She began her career as a Department of the Army Telecommunications Intern at West Point Military Academy. This three-year training program covered all areas of telecom focusing on software development, networking, infrastructure and IT project management. Jen has an M.B.A. from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a B.A. in Economics with a concentration in International Economic Studies from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
