- Submit Application:
Send a completed colocation application to your TowerCo Project Manager or Business Development Manager (BDM). Include your preferred tower and coverage goals. - Application Review & Feasibility Assessment:
TowerCo will review availability for RAD center space, ground space, landlord consent, and structural capacity. We’ll identify any constraints or upgrades needed. - Receive Site Data Package:
Once your application is accepted, TowerCo sends a full data package with tower drawings, site plans, FAA/FCC details, NEPA, structural info, and more. - Confirm Terms & Finalize Solutions:
We work with you to align on technical and business terms—ensuring the solution meets your needs. - Agreement Execution:
TowerCo prepares and sends lease/license agreements. Upon mutual agreement, both parties execute contracts. - Permitting & Pre-Construction:
You’ll submit construction drawings, permits, and required contractor and insurance documentation. TowerCo reviews and issues a Notice to Proceed. - Construction & Installation:
Once approved, you begin construction. TowerCo tracks progress and provides support throughout. - Site Close-Out & Inspection:
When construction is complete, submit your close-out package. TowerCo performs a final inspection to complete the process.
